Shipping & Collection Info


Our delivery service is provided by Royal Mail, "new" and "exchange" orders are paid for as you checkout your online basket.

We try to get as many orders out as we can each day. However, orders placed after 2pm may be despatched the next working day.

"Repair" orders require you to select your Return Shipping option for us to send your units back to you once work has been completed. No payment will be taken up front for this, as an invoice will be raised which will include the postage and packaging fee.

When placing an order for "repair" or "exchange" you are required to post your electrical unit/units to us at your own expense.

Postal Insurance:

For your peace of mind there is a postal insurance option for you to add at checkout for £11 + VAT.

Customer Collection:

If you are local, or would like to avoid any shipping charges, please select the “customer pickup” option at checkout, there is no charge for this service. This allows you to drop your unit in to be booked in for repair/exchange and collect once work is completed. Equally if you order a “new” item online you can come and collect when you are passing.

Organising your own Courier:

If you would prefer to arrange your own courier, we are happy to help. Please select “customer pickup” at checkout, and explain in the “fault symptoms” box that you would like to arrange your own courier, before you pay. When your order is packed we can then send you the weight and dimensions of the parcel for you to book your courier.

Please note if you opt for this option a packing fee will incur. This will be determined on the size and weight of your item as well as, the time need to pack your parcel. If you have ordered a “new” or “exchange” item a separate invoice will be raised to cover the packing fee before your item is able to be despatched. With “repair orders” we can include the packing fee on the same invoice as your repair.
