Shipping

Repair orders, exchange items, shop purchases and combination orders are all shipped based on weight and dimensions of the final parcel. Most commonly used services are Royal Mail 24, Royal Mail 48 and International Business Standard Mail. These services are tracked, but do not include signed for specifications. At time of despatch, if you have provided us with a contact mobile number or email address then tracking information will be sent to you. We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is the only guaranteed next working day service. The other services do not have a guaranteed delivery date but estimates by Royal Mail are nominally given as in the table below:

Larger or heavier items, or orders being delivered to non-mainland UK, Europe or further afield may be sent via courier instead. Apuljack Electronics Ltd. reserves the right to select an appropriate courier to deliver your order, or if no services are available we may contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

 

Insurance

All out-bound shipments are covered by the courier-provided, basic insurance policy against loss or damage. In most instances, a successful claim will pay out a maximum of £40-50. Because of this, we offer customers the opportunity to purchase enhances insurance on their out-bound shipping at time of check-out. The enhanced insurance option increases the level of cover up to a maximum of £500 in the case of a lost or damaged delivery.


In-bound shipping (i.e., items sent to Apuljack Electronics by our customers) should be appropriately insured by the sender to account for any unexpected damage or loss.
